Jeff Lepore has worked for large and small staffing firms around the globe. Jeff has a successful track record of assisting clients in the United States, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and South Africa. He has recently provided assistance to several Fortune 100 companies, and enjoys placing top talent to a wide variety of organizations. He has recently placed a MuleSoft Architect, .NET Developer, Meraki Engineer and a Valuation Analyst to name a few.  


Jeff is passionate about building long-term relationships with companies of all sizes.  He has experience sourcing talented IT and Finance professionals for many sectors, and has assisted numerous major corporations with their staffing needs since 1998. After living more than a decade overseas, Jeff has published a "Self-Help" book entitled, Keep Calm and Speak American.  

As a successful sales professional and recruiter, Jeff has built a large global network of entrepreneurial minded professionals who, like himself, value a strong personal relationship. It is through this network that he is able to mine talent and spiral his way through connections to find the best resources to meet the client's needs.

Requirements gathering is critical.  We work very closely with all of our clients to make sure we understand the demands of the job, as well as the right personality fit for each and every department need.  We don't just look at work history and education, we get a thorough understanding of our candidates, and select the one with the best business acumen.

We grade ourselves by taking a close look at our resume submittals, interviews from those submittals and job offers from all of this activity. We know we have to be great at our jobs, and we make it our goal to be the most efficient recruitment professionals we can be. We are not content until our clients are impressed.

One common practice for recruiting firms is to wave a lot of resumes in front of a client, and hope that one is impressive.  At P3, we understand that our clients are busy with IT, Supply Chain or business as usual demands, so we take the time to evaluate all of our top candidates, and will only submit our very best.
